Welcome to my site. I feel that asking yourself “What’s your health like today?” is a very crucial question.
What’s kept me engaged for almost 30 years now is learning to create a new lifestyle for myself. The end result has culminated into authoring two books and certifying to teach and advise on fitness circuit training and nutrition. For it all began with an urgent need to just lose weight. The big question was as to how. This journey of ‘how’ led to self analysis and discovery through trials and errors with a person whom I did not even recognise, Myself. This on going obsession with achieving what I was after was something that become my daily me. In trying to understand myself and my abilities and boundaries that today I am someone different from whom I used to be.
The insights I’ve gained on my life I could never have imagined and my goalpost has now become a reality of my existence.
The human body, its anatomy is what I love to explore. This relationship of exercise, diet, rest and not to forget the mental health aspect of man as a social animal forever fascinates me. We are able to push ourselves to limits unknown to us.
I believe that the desire to self-discovery is nothing short of a blessing. This learning experience for me has been one via formal and informal education. Trial and error on the dinner plate and at the gym, and many years of self-research, has ultimately led to the right way of eating and exercise practices and habits.
Mine is a journey of hope and hard work, and I wish to share what I’ve learned along the way with my fellow Pakistani females. To walk the path of knowing life you have got to take that plunge called the first step. All else will follow.
Love
Sarah
